The Founder and Director of Techscapes.

Damien is a qualified Landscape Designer and Structural Landscaper. With two decades of dedication and experience in the field, he's the driving force behind Techscapes Australia's journey. From working closely with the team to envisioning lush spaces and designs, our team and clients appreciate Damien's knowledge and expertise.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

After a successful career in Early Childhood Education, Renee played a role in the early years of Techscapes with her husband Damien. Initially part time in the business, the company and family grew quickly enabling a full-time role. Renee took on the role of office manager. As the company has grown and new compliance is required, she has ensured the correct policies and procedures and systems are in place whilst connecting directly with team members, clients and suppliers.

LANDSCAPE DESIGNER

Ian is a dedicated member of our Landscape Design Team who has been with us for the past 9 years. Ian's journey with our company has been defined by a passion for transforming visions into reality. Ian has collaborated seamlessly with Damien and our valued clients and brought countless ideas to life. His expertise and creativity shine through in every project, making him an indispensable part of our team. With his wealth of experience and commitment to excellence, Ian Gunn continues to be a driving force behind our landscape company's success.

LEAD FOREMAN

Once Dean completed high school, he began his apprenticeship with the Techscapes team. Dean is an integral part of our construction division. His 12 year career with us has seen his involvement in many high end residential and acreage projects. Dean’s knowledge, and experience is an invaluable asset to the construction division of Techscapes. He has a passion for 4WDriving, camping and photography..

LANDSCAPE TRADESMAN

Once CJ completed high school he started his Landscape apprenticeship back in 2016 and has continued his 7 year career with Techscapes since. CJ has a passion for all things hockey and has represented NSW. He makes a valued team player with the team and it has been great to see CJ achieve goals and to develop into his role.

4TH YEAR APPRENTICE

Dylan brings a foundation of hands on experience and is committed to improving and contributing where needed. He is a highly motivated person and he approaches every task with confidence and a positive attitude as is willing to help and ask questions. He will soon complete his trade in the middle of next year.

Dylan has a passion for the Gym and loves to get out 4WDriving with his family and friends on the weekends.

Riley completed year 11, and after completing his work experience with us, we could see the willingness to learn and his skills with the tools were impressive.  

Riley is now committed to his apprenticeship and we are keen and excited to watch him grow and learn new skills within the many areas of landscaping. His goals are to continue to develop his skills and add value to each project.

You will see Riley out on the soccer fields playing for his local team, the Falcons and he also enjoys playing golf with his family and friends.
